1J79 Permalloy Flat Wire is a high-performance soft magnetic nickel-iron alloy ribbon containing approximately 79% nickel and a small amount of molybdenum. It is specially designed for applications requiring excellent magnetic permeability, low coercive force, and outstanding magnetic shielding performance. Compared with round wire, the flat structure provides a larger surface area, better magnetic flux distribution, and improved efficiency in precision electromagnetic applications.


After vacuum or hydrogen annealing, 1J79 flat wire exhibits extremely high initial permeability, low hysteresis loss, and stable magnetic properties, making it ideal for high-precision electronic and electromagnetic components. The material also offers excellent dimensional accuracy, smooth surface finish, and good flexibility for winding and forming processes.
