Product Overview
FeCrAl 216Nb is a niobium-doped iron-chromium-aluminum alloy strip specially optimized for extreme high-temperature working conditions. Compared with ordinary FeCrAl alloys, the addition of niobium element greatly improves the material’s high-temperature creep resistance and structural stability. This alloy can operate stably under ultra-high temperature environments for a long time without deformation, cracking or performance attenuation, which is an ideal upgraded material for heavy-duty industrial heating equipment.

  • Extreme Temperature Resistance:Sustainable working temperature up to 1400°C, the highest temperature resistance among conventional FeCrAl series alloys; the compact alumina protective film formed on the surface can effectively isolate high-temperature air erosion.
