Product Description

CuSn10MnSi thermal spray wire is a high-performance tin bronze alloy containing approximately 10% tin, with added manganese and silicon to enhance wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and mechanical strength.
It is designed for arc spray and flame spray processes, producing dense, uniform coatings with strong adhesion. CuSn10MnSi coatings are ideal for high-load sliding surfaces, bearing components, pump parts, and surface restoration.
